As leading UK manufacturers and installers of, fire curtains, smoke curtains AND fire shutter products, all with “best-in-class accreditations”, the A1S Group is uniquely placed to fulfil any service, maintenance, repair, or replacement requirements across both distinct passive fire product ranges. We hold over 50 distinct test documents from Warrington with third party accreditation for manufacture and installation, from International Fire Consultants for fire curtains, and Certifications of Constancy of Performance from Warrington for our fire shutter range. Our manufacture and installations are regularly audited and inspected by third party organisations. Couple this with our longevity in the sector, (we have been trading since 1988), it is little wonder that we are the first point of call for planned preventative maintenance, repairs, or replacement of fire and smoke curtains and fire shutters. We also believe that it is important to assess the financial health of any company when entering into a long-term service agreement, particularly with life critical fire safety equipment, and having been prudently managed for 33 years, we believe that we are at least as strong as any company in our sector.

We offer both six monthly and twelve-monthly maintenance options across our entire product range and because of our experience across BOTH fabric curtain and galvanised steel fire shutter ranges, we are well placed to discuss service requirements for products that we did not originally manufacture – potentially so called “closed protocol” products.  Our experienced office team will always respond rapidly to any technical questions you have. Likewise, we would generally expect to produce a formal quotation within 24 hours of your initial enquiry including an analysis of required plant equipment. Our clients can save money by pre-agreeing costings for van stock consumables i.e., battery replacements and thus negate costly and unnecessary return visits. Out of hours planned preventative maintenance is also an available option. Our engineering teams hold up to date CSCS, SSSTS, Asbestos, First Aid, PASMA, IPAF, and electrical qualifications.

Quotations for installations by the A1S Group are submitted as standard as part of our legal responsibilities as well as our internal ISO 9001 2015 systems. For any discussion or quotation for service, maintenance, repair or replacement of fire and smoke curtains that were either not manufactured or not installed by the A1S Group, please contact :
